What Is Your Dream Trying To Tell You?

I thought the dream was random until I noticed it had appeared five times in three months. Each time the setting shifted—a train, then a bus, then a long hallway—but the feeling at the end stayed the same. Only then did it stop being noise and start being a question I kept answering in my sleep.

The same house kept returning in different forms. Sometimes it was childhood rooms; sometimes a place I had never visited. Only later did I realize it changed whenever my life did. I was not decoding symbols—I was watching an inner map redraw itself.

I was not looking for answers. I was trying to understand why the same feeling kept following me into sleep—a quiet urgency, like leaving something unfinished downstairs. Writing the dreams down did not remove it. It gave the feeling a name I could meet in daylight.

What surprised me was not one revelation but the slow accumulation. A bridge I crossed once became a rhythm across months. The journal did not tell me what to believe. It showed me what I had already been living, night after night.
