User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamScope and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

In no event shall DreamScope's total liability exceed the greater of:

• Fifty U.S. Dollars (USD $50), or
• The amount paid by you to DreamScope during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

DreamScope uses artificial intelligence to generate interpretations.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, assumptions, or subjective conclusions.

You should not rely on AI-generated interpretations when making:

• Medical decisions
• Psychological decisions
• Legal decisions
• Financial decisions
• Employment decisions
• Major life decisions

All decisions remain your sole responsibility.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamScope and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamScope operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
